Dear Parents/Carers
It has been great to welcome everyone back to school this week, particularly those who have joined us for the active start to the day. How lovely to have our grounds back to normal after all the building works and to see so many children out on the track before school.
In assembly this morning, it was evident that the children have had a chance to recharge their batteries over the holidays and many awards were given for a fantastic start to the term, showing our school values and even putting in some additional work at home. There were also many children sharing their out of school activities including swimming, cubs, football, brownies, guides and drama. Children are always welcome to bring out of school achievements in to share in Friday morning's assembly - we love hearing about them.
Next week, we are super excited to launch our OPAL lunchtimes. The children will have a whole range of new activities to choose from ranging from dressing up, singing and dancing, waterplay, arts and crafts and more! A huge thank you to the staff and parents that have worked so hard to prepare for Monday
Have a great weekend.
Mrs Price
