What an amazing week we have had in school celebrating Children's Mental Health Week.  We started the week with the children dressing as themselves and it was lovely to see all therepresentations they chose from princess dresses to pyjamas to football kits! Thank you also to the families who sent something in or were able to join with the open classroom sessions.
We had all sorts of amazing things shared which included food from the Middle East and Ecuador, stories, toys, card games, board games, special items such as baby blankets and family cushions, a crystal collection, a marble run and even a pet budgie called Harold! It was lovely to share insights into the children's sense of belonging and we thank those of you who supported this. Later on in the week we held an art themed day during which each child worked on a final piece of artwork as an outcome of this term's learning about painting. We are working to get this all on display in school and look forward to sharing this with you soon. The standard of work has been amazing! You will see further details on your child's weekly Dojo update.

We wish you all a lovely half term break and look forward to welcoming you back to school on Monday 23rd February at the usual time.
