Dear Parents and Carers,
What an amazing day we all had celebrating World Book Day yesterday! The children looked amazing in their costumes and had a great time taking part in book themed activities throughout the day.

This week I have spent some time in classes looking at children's learning in English and Science which was a joy to see. The vocabulary children were using whilst being scientists was incredible!

Children in Year 4 had a great day at The World Museum in Liverpool on Tuesday and Year 5 and Year 6 visited Parklands High School this afternoon to see their annual dance show which was a real treat. As always, we are extremely proud of the children's behaviour - they were excellent ambassadors for Buckshaw.
